Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
In the case that the recipient was too late to download the file this improves confidence that the file has actually been removed by the cleanup process and not because it was downloaded by someone else. I suggest logging at least the hash and the reason of removal (download/cleanup) similar and in addition to removals that have been requested by the uploader.
